delivery and returns

Currently, please allow up to 1-3  days for processing the order, The processing time may vary throughout the year, with processing time being less than 24 hours over the Christmas period and up to 5 days over summer period due to events – this will always be updated and clear on the website

UK DELIVERY

Standard shipping, royal mail first class stamp – £1.50

Orders over £40 will be automatically upgraded to Royal Mail First Class signed for. You can also upgrade and pay the difference for items under £40

The postal service in the UK is fantastic and we infrequently have any issues/late or lost packages.

Please be aware that over the Christmas period items can take longer to arrive and we cannot make guarantees – if you are concerned – please upgrade your postage to tracked or signed for. Please be conscious of leaving plenty of time before Christmas for items to arrive.

Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm – £7.80 (allow for processing time)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer both standard and tracked international delivery. Generally standard delivery arrives with no issues, though if you are concerned, please choose tracked as we cannot be liable for any lost items. Proof of postage will always be available.

International standard delivery via Royal Mail and your national postal service. (this is not tracked)

Europe – £3.60 (Est 3 -5 working days plus processing times)

Worldwide (Est 6-7 working days plus processing times) – £5.20

** Due to issues we’ve had sending items to Southern Ireland, we only offer a tracked service currently.

International signed and tracked via Royal Mail and your national postal service. Est 5 -12 days plus processing

Europe – £8.80 (Est 3-5 days plus processing times)

Worldwide –  £9.80  (Est 5-7 days plus processing time)

If you are an international customer (including EU customers), you may need may to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. It is not a common occurrence but these charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to and the value of the item. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Sahí cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

WRAPPING

All items come wrapped in recycled tissues and on a bed of recycled wood wool with a mix of flowers, often including lavender. Please let me know if you would prefer not to have this or have any allergies to natural flowers. I also add a little scroll with information about your item.

GIFTS

If you are buying a gift, I am happy to write a message and send it directly. Please add the message you would like to the Order Notes section at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging and with no damage incurred by the purchaser. Earrings cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please contact me before returning your item, so that I can give you the appropriate information and confirm your bank details. You are responsible for the return postage costs. Please obtain and send proof of postage from the post office.
